Start your journey on the Gono line, ranked the best local train line in the country, to Fukaura Station. Then take a refreshing stroll along the little pathways through Port Kazemachi.
You can visit the Fukaura History Museum and the “Dazai no Yado” Literature Museum named for the famous local author Dazai Osamu. A guide will also introduce all of the different old temples and the grand Enkakuji Temple.
